Restoring purchases

Collections you bought, including purchases made in the original 2019 Supa, are tied to your Apple ID. Open Supa → Settings (•••) → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.

Posting a Multi carousel

Export a Multi template and tap Instagram. Supa saves three square photos to your library and opens Instagram. Create a new post, select the three photos in order (1, 2, 3), and share. The carousel swipes as one seamless image.

Photos don't appear

Supa needs access to your photos to place them into templates, and permission to add photos to save your designs. You can change both in iPhone Settings → Supa → Photos.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
